NB Festive Plans 2021/2022
Last Friday 10.30am-12.00 session in Easteron will be 17th December
Last Tuesday 5.45-7.15pm session in Potterne Wick will be 21st December
Last Thursday online 6.15-7.45pm will be 23rd December
Additionally I am proposing a couple of special online sessions open to anyone who would like to join me.
If there are enough people interested these will run 9.00-10.30am on Friday 24th December and 9.00-10.30am on Friday 31st December, you can book your place for one or both (same cost as usual class).
Both these sessions will be more restorative and slower paced than usual and will involve lots of cushions, pillows, blocks and belts. There will be lots of opportunity for those that wish to work hard to push themselves and for those that want to take things a bit more gently to nourish themselves. Hopefully however you choose to engage the sessions will help you wind down from the stresses and strains of the year and re-charge your batteries and revitalise you for the new year to come.
2022 schedule will start from Tuesday 4 Jan at Potterne Wick, Thursday 6 Jan online and Friday 7 Jan at Easterton.
